I have used both of these heat protectant products, Dove was the first "spray" for heat protectant I ever used back when it came in a orange bottle with a slightly different formula. But originally the first heat protectant I used came from Tresemme, it came it a squeeze bottle in a gel form it was from the same thermal creations line as the spray comes from.
I am currently using the Dove Heat Defense Protect & Shine Mist. Dove recently changed the formula for their heat protectant spray to a weightless formula with mirco moisture serum. It does seem different from the first form of the spray. Definitely weightless as long as you don't use it in excess. You only need two pumps at the least all over. I really like the smell of it and the sleek bottle.
The Tresemme Heat Tamer Spray is probably the most popular at the drugstore. It comes with a squirt nozzle pump which lets you control the spray a little. I feel like this weighted down my hair a little bit and made it sticky at times, Maybe I was using too much? But I think it gets the job done as well.
I really like both of these sprays, they work well. I probably slightly prefer the Dove one. they are both equally comparable in protecting your hair from heat damage.
A couple weeks ago I purchased Maybelline's Fit me! Foundation and Concealer. I was looking for a new foundation and concealer since I ran out. I saw the commercials for it on tv and it looked like it would suit me. I never really used liquid foundation before, just clinque's tinted moisturizer and aqua makeup the comes in a tube. I really can't remember but I think I may have used liquid foundation as my first foundation. other than that I was using either cream foundation or powder. I don't really have any problems with my skin so i don't need that much coverage either. The Fit me! foundation is very reasonably priced only around $7. I am the shade 220. The foundation comes in a pour bottle, you have to be careful because it pours out a little too fast and you only need very little of the product. I use my hands to apply it I find it works best for me and I don't have foundation brushes and I really don't think I need to buy any. The thing I don't like about this foundation is that it is greasy, idk if all liquid foundations are but I don't like the greasiness. It is very lightweight, it doesn't feel like you have anything on. It is not heavy coverage. I also purchased the Fit me! concealer. The concealer is nothing special works just like every other one. It comes in a tube like a lip gloss and has a doe foot applicator. It blends well and works great for me. I also want to try out the powder as well.

I have been using this product for six months or so. I got it from fantastic sams hair salon, it was recommended but you can also find it at various other places. I use a lot of heat frequently, I flat iron my hair a lot so it tends to be damaged and proned to getting split ends. This product is a leave-in treatment, applied to your ends to make your hair stronger. It does not completely prevent split ends, I have noticed a great difference in my split ends using this product. They are not as bad as they are without it. I recommend this product to any one who flat irons their hair regularly. I apply it to my hair damp after showering, concentrating on the ends.
So I was shopping in Macy's a couple weeks ago, just browsing around, I took the escalator to the second floor I look to the right and I couldn't believe my eyes, there was a MAC Counter! My jaw dropped. Since when did my mall have a MAC? Why didn't I know about this? I was so shocked and surprised. I thought my mall would never get a MAC. I found out the counter just opened a couple days earlier. Before I had little availably to a MAC, since before the nearest one was about an hour away. I'm so excited now I can purchase more MAC products. Seeing the new counter I had to purchase something. They still had a lot of stuff from the venomous villains. I really wanted something from that collection so I bought the Maleficent Lipglass in Revenge is Sweet. I love the color. I thought it would be very bold but its not at all, its the perfect shade.
